Earlier this year, Harness Cycle and Ohio City Incorporated teamed up to create a small business grant program to support businesses impacted by COVID-19.

With support from the community, we were able to raise $15,000 and awarded 10 grants to small business owners in Ohio City.

The initial round of grants prioritized female-owned, minority-owned, and legacy businesses, including:

All-State Hairstyling & Barber College
Cleveland Candle Company
Cleveland Tea Revival
Farkas Pastry Shoppe
Flying Fig
Helm Collective
Le Petit Triangle
Nate's Deli & Restaurant
Ohio City BBQ
Premier Barber Studio

As you can imagine, the need for support from our small businesses is significant. We received a large number of applications from small business owners and we were not able to support everyone who is in need of assistance.

We are launching a second round of the Small Business Relief Fund with the goal of raising an additional $15,000 to give directly back to small business owners in Ohio City. If we are able to reach our goal, this would allow us to award ten additional $1,500 grants to businesses in need.

You can support our local small businesses through the program by contributing to the Small Business Relief Fund.
